We have arranged the hotels that (at the time of writing) do not charge a joiner fee into areas; North Pattaya, Central Pattaya, South Pattaya and Jom Tien Beach. If you are searching for a guest friendly hotel in a particular area of Pattaya then click one of the above links or appropriate area link at the top of this page. The room rates shown below are internet booking rates. For a "walk in" the rate will be higher by around 30% to 60%. Meaning that if you just walk in off the street to book a room in the hotel the rate will be much higher.

Booking
When you use our hotel reservation platform on this website ( accessible by clicking on the hotel name) you do not need to pay the full amount of the accommodation. You can pay just a small deposit then a few days before your check in date you can pay the balance. Of course if you prefer you can pay the full amount when you book.

When you check the room rates on this website you will notice that some hotels list the single and double (2 people) rate at the same amount. When this is the case reserve your room for two people (double room). This allows the staff of the guest friendly hotel a "saving face" window when you check in with your companion of the evening.
