Located in Soi 8. Puts you right in the middle of lots of beer bars and a few go go bars. It has a nice swimming pool for cooling off after a hard days night. Not far from Beach Road.
Eastiny Plaza Hotel
Located in Soi 8 right next door to the Eastiny Inn. Eastiny Plaza is a more recent construction. Although this is a guest friendly hotel it has a little twist. If you decide to have two guests join you the hotel will charge 300 baht for the extra guest. Free for one guest but 300 baht for two guests. Nice rooms with safe and free WiFi. You are advised to book on line and get a 50% discount.
Flipper Lodge Hotel

Many punters or Pattaya addicts would deem this Flipper Lodge the best place to stay in Pattaya. Why? Heck it is right in the center of Soi 8 where all the action is. Go up to the rooftop and you will be surprised by the great view from the swimming pool. Definately one of my favourite hotels for a short stay.
LK Royal Suite

This is a relatively new hotel located in Soi Boukhao.
There are lots of beer bars in Soi Boukhao.The soi is also one of the more popular locations for service girls to rent apartments. This is a good location for a guest friendly hotel.
LK Metropole Compare

This hotel has a variety of room styles. The suites are spacious and include well equipped kitchens. Some have outdoor jacuzzis with tropical gardens.LK Metropole accepts both short term and long term stays. Located off Soi Dianna Inn. There are plenty of beer bars and go go bars nearby. If you fancy this hotel I would advise you to book online to make sure you get a room and take advantage of the online discounts.

Located in Soi Dianna near Second Road. It's a Hi-tech hotel with LCD wide screens and DVD players in the rooms. Soi Dianna
has many beer bars. Near the intersection of Soi Dianna and Soi Boukhao you will find a few go go bars. Halfway along the soi in Soi LK Metro is "Champaign A Go Go" bar and well worth a visi.t. LK Renaissance is an elegant and fashionable hotel with no joiner fee.

Pinewood Residence Hotel

The Pinewood residence is tucked away in a quiet soi off Central Road. It is not far from the action in any direction that you choose to walk. It would take around 7 to 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Soi Six or around the same time duration to walk to Soi 8. Be careful with your important belongings here. The Pattaya Bar Girls Report describes one event that took place here which ruined a guest's holiday. This negative event could have happened in any hotel provided certain conditions prevailed. All that said, The Pinewood Residence is a joiner friendly hotel. click through and take a look at the photos.
Sawasdee Siam Pattaya

This hotel is only a five minute walk from all the action
at the bars on Second Road. The hotel is located in Soi Honey Inn. There are many massage shops close by. As the price suggests this is a very basic hotel with one of those small curvy pools. The rooms are clean and air conditioned.
Sawasdee Sea View
700 - 1,100 Baht Incl tax.
Here is another budget priced hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. sawasdee Sea View has a variety of different sized rooms. They even have rooms without windows (not reccommended). If you book on line you might get a room cheaper than this advertised rate.

Sunshine Hotel Compare

A great location for adventure right in the middle of all the action in Soi 8. This is a popular hotel so you would be advised to reserve this hotel online. You will have a nice view over Pattaya Bay when you stay in a room above the fifth floor on the beach side of the hotel. The Sunshine Hotel has two swimming pools. One near the coffee shop and the second pool, a larger pool upstairs.
