A maximum of 2 people are permitted to be registered to a room and must provide valid identification: passport, ID card or driver’s license. Any private visits from unregistered persons, in hotel guest room, is not permitted unless his/her real identification card is given to the front desk. According to Thai prostitution act, all entertainment establishments, including the hotel, require proof by national ID that any lady or entertainer is at least age 18. The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables done by the person guest brings in together. The hotel has the right to prohibit a joiner to enter the hotel if he/she shows the intention of disturbing any other hotel guest.

Diamond Beach Hotel

This hotel has a soapy massage right at the back entrance. It is a few steps from all the nightlife on Walking Street. The staff know the drill when it comes to checking in with a pretty lady holding your arm. Yes guest friendly.

Diamond City Place

Diamond City Place offers serviced apartment style accommodation. Located on South Pattaya Road between third Road and Second Road. There is a vegetarian restaurant on the other side of the street opposite Diamond City Place. They will accept both long term and short term stays.

Just a short walk from the local market where you can buy almost anything. The market opens Tuesdays and Fridays. Friendship supermarket is also close by. Walking Street is a 5 minute walk away.

2. he/she MUST leave the ID card at our reception desk before entry EVERY TIME, in which will be return on the way back. If NO ID, CANNOT enter the property
3. he/she MUST be over 18 years of age. If not, we MUST refuse to enter our property.
4. If your joiner seem to bring trouble to the property. we CAN refuse he/she to enter the property, for example, take drugs, too drug to control behavior, too violent

Le Prive

Very nice cottages set in a beautiful garden around a large pool. Le Prive is a serene and peaceful place to stay in South Pattaya. It is quite a distance from all the nightlife action around a ten to fifteen minute walk. Another guest friendly place to stay and have some fun.

Nova Platinum is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Walking Street but in a quiet environment. Here you will be able to relax with your sweetheart in a tropical garden. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the hotel room. It is a very stylish hotel with a smart choice of services such as free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, and DVD player.

The swimming pool is large and includes a water slide. There are quite a few good Arabian and Indian restaurants just a short walk from the hotel front entrance on Second Road. Summing up; Nova Platinum has Wi-Fi, large LCD TV, nice swimming pool and gym 24 hour room service and Baht busses pass by the front door every few minutes.
